Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate Refurbsy before paying. After the trial, weekly plan fees are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the week you have paid for. Billing errors are the exception and are always refunded in full.
