Data Deletion Policy

1. What This Covers
This page explains how to delete the data Refurbsy holds about you, including data we receive when you sign in with Facebook, Google or Apple. It applies to every Refurbsy account, however you signed up.
2. What We Receive From Facebook Login
When you sign in with Facebook we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We do not receive your friend list, posts, photos, messages or any other Facebook activity, and we never post to your account.
3. Delete Your Account In The App
This is the fastest route and removes everything. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Your store data — listings, photos, inventory records and sales history — is removed immediately, and deletion completes across our backups within 30 days.
4. Delete By Email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on the account, and include your store name. We verify the request, delete the data and confirm by reply within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need an active subscription.
5. Remove Refurbsy From Facebook
To cut the connection from Facebook's side, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Refurbsy and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us, and we delete the name, email and profile photo we received through Facebook Login. Removing the app does not delete the rest of your Refurbsy account — use step 3 or 4 for that.
6. What We Keep, And Why
We retain invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and we may keep a minimal record that an account existed and was deleted, so it is not recreated in error. These records contain no store data, no photos and no listings.
