How to delete your account

In the app — fastest

  1. Open the Refurbsy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is closed and deletion starts immediately.

By email — if you can't sign in or no longer have the app

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. Send it from the email address on the account, and include your store name.
  3. We verify the request and confirm by reply once deletion is complete, within 30 days.

Deletion is free and does not require an active subscription. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — cancel any paid plan in Settings → Billing, or it is cancelled for you when the account is deleted.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

  1. To remove individual listings, photos or inventory records, delete them in the app — they are removed from your account straight away.
  2. To have a whole category of data deleted while keeping your account, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on the account.
  3. Say which data you want deleted (see the list below). We confirm by reply once it is done, within 30 days.

What we delete

When you delete your account, all of the following is deleted. When you request partial deletion, only the categories you name are deleted.

  • Account profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo
  • Sign-in connections from Google, Apple or Facebook
  • Store data: listings, product photos, inventory records and sales history
  • Buyer conversations and messages handled by the AI assistant
  • Delivery records and customer contact details you entered
  • App usage data and device identifiers linked to the account

Data is removed from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

Retained records contain no listings, photos or store data. Listings you already published to third-party marketplaces are controlled by those marketplaces — remove them there, or delete them in Refurbsy before closing the account so the removal syncs.
